"The Bridal Collection Lancaster was the FIRST and ONLY bridal shop I went to. From the very beginning they made me feel comfortable, relaxed and that it was only my dress that mattered, by making sure I had a lengthy appointment every time & that I never felt rushed or if I was being too much of a bother. Every single staff member I came into contact with was professional, but at the same time had the skill to make you feel as if you were just with a friend, trying to find the dress of your dreams. Even during lockdown, they were still thinking of their brides by sending out postcards reassuring us all! I was able to try on a number of different styles of dresses, which enabled me to find the dress of my dreams and that wouldn’t of happened without the care, commitment & detail they all put in.
