"Our Wedding was at The Shireburn Arms in Clitheroe and was intimate and relaxed. We always wanted a small wedding so even when restrictions were lifted, it didn't make much difference to our guest list of 40 people. We had a harpist for our 3pm ceremony which was family only, my dad did a speech during toast drinks after they threw our confetti outside (home grown!) And then we had the evening do as our friends arrived with the best DJ I could have asked for - (the bussle option on my dress really helped for the dancing bit!). Due to restrictions the buffet had to be served seated but this made it feel as fancy as a meal would have been! I really feel more people should think about a small wedding because it was so much easier, We had time for everyone and obviously it saved money! I love the feeling of being married, a friend told me "the love changes" and it really does xxx"
