Welcome
…to our wonderful world of bridal, we look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our gorgeous award-winning boutique. Our gowns are lovingly and expertly hand chosen by our team, we have one of the biggest collection of bridal gowns in the area.
When you arrive for your appointment which will last up to two hours, your bridal stylist will take you and your guests to your own bridal suite and that’s when the excitement starts!
Your appointment
You talk about your bridal style ideas and what you feel comfortable paying for your dress and our stylist will listen, she’ll advise on designs to suit your body shape and current trends and before you know it she’ll be helping you choose a fabulous collection just for you – a little bit of this, a little bit of that and something in there that you hadn’t quite imagined…. and then, ‘it’s the one!’
This really is a once in a lifetime moment
and we want to make it everything it should be for you!
Finishing touches
Once you’ve chosen your wedding dress we’d love to show you how to complete your look with our fabulous bridal accessories and what girl doesn’t need a tiara!!
Getting that perfect fit
Once your dress has been chosen, to make sure you have that perfect fit for your wedding day, we will provide you with the information you need to choose your own seamstress. The seamstresses we work with and recommend are technically expert in bridal fabrics and alterations and will carry out your wedding dress fitting and alterations at their own studio or workshop, at a time and date to suit you. If you wish, we can of course store your dress here at The Bridal Collection until you need to take it for your fitting.
And when it's all over...
We’d love you to send us your photos and tell us about your day and we’d like to share that with other brides on our website and social media, after all, you’ve spent months, sometimes years planning your wedding, let’s keep the magic alive a bit longer.
The practical stuff
We can arrange to have your dress professionally dry cleaned and then we can carefully pack it away in one of the gorgeous bridal boxes (acid free for protection) from The Empty Box Company. This will keep it as safe as your memories until you’re ready, some time in the future to unwrap her and remember that day!
