It's great to see the virus numbers falling dramatically but we've still got to tread carefully. Once we re-open on 12th April we will still have in place all of the measures we must and can do to keep our customers and our team as safe as possible from coronavirus infection. We have been assessed as a 'covid secure' business by Lancaster City Council and have had to prove to them that the procedures and practices we operate by do everything possible to minimise risk:
- We are an appointment only/locked door policy
- We have restricted the numbers at any one time in the boutique to allow for any necessary social distancing
- We have staggered appointment times to minimise too many people arriving and leaving at the same time
- We have hand sanitisor stations at every point needed in the boutique and ask you to use this
- Appointments are in private appointment rooms so you don't need to mix with other customers
- Our team wear face masks and/or visors during your appointment
- We will ask you and your guests to wear facemasks whilst you are with us (unless exempt of course)
- We still operate frequent handwashing
- We have all of the necessary advisory and legal covid and health and safety notices visible
We hope to relax some of the above ways of day to day operating in line with the Government's advice and timeline for reducing restrictions but our priority will always be to keep everyone safe. Some of our team members have already been vaccinated and we know that restrictions will be easier to lift once our whole team has had the vaccination. Please bear with us during this time and we promise, despite the restrictions, this will not take away from what will be a fabulous experience for you!
